I came to the salon industry from the world of fashion wholesale — and immediately found a true kinship with the people behind the chair and the desk: creative, visionary, entrepreneurial. Their blend of artistry and independence drew me in and set the course for the next 20 years of my career.

Along the way, I worked with Bumble and bumble and Kérastase, leading national sales teams, building $11M+ revenue channels, and forging lasting partnerships with stylists, educators, and distributors across North America. As the industry evolved, I saw salons being asked to adapt faster than ever — finding their footing at the crossroads of technology, service, and art. Entering the beauty tech space, my focus was clear: translate vision into adoption, and adoption into growth.

Today, through CG Consulting, I advise professional brands, industry leaders, and technology partners on scaling with clarity and connection. The professional fuels the future of beauty, and my work is about aligning businesses and technology to champion their success.

Lead six Regional Business Consultants and 12 freelance sales representatives with responsibility for securing $6M annually from the Sephora retail channel. ● Boosted salon channel revenue to $6M in 2018 (100% of goal) and establish a #1 companywide ranking.
